The position was absolutely perfect and nice, close to the train station. I truly enjoyed how very friendly the staff was.

Thanks for such a really good stay on vacation. All perfectly fine, everything you need for the holiday. The units are modern, family-friendly with a balcony. The location is absolutely perfect and close to the train station. A very nice restaurant for dinner is available.

Comfortable and clean room - with toilet attached (minus bathroom as locataed at 2nd floor but it's very clean)

Need to climb staircase if room located at 4th floor as lift only reach 3rd floor.

The location was good.

The hotel owner does not invest enough in staff to help convenience of guests. The front desk is only open for 6 hours a day, 3 in morning & 3 at night. The check out is as early as 10:00 am & the check in is not until 16:00 pm. We were told this is the case because the owner would not hire enough cleaning staff & the entire hotel is cleaned by 2 people, so guests have to suffer the inconvenience of waiting upon the owners leisure.

The facilities were well kept and all the mechanical things were in good working order. The staff were pleasant.

This hotel has contracted out its food service. We only viewed the breakfast option (at 18 euros per person) and judged it to be inadequate.

Room with large balcony, offer a best place for beer and wine, of course for the great view.

Double room on 1/F is extremely too small, can't even fit for 2 adults with baggages. No bathroom on 1/F.

The hotel wasn't open when we arrived at noon and wasn't open for check in until 5pm. I hadn't seen this posted anywhere.

Staying here was an unexpected delight! The location is unbeatable, lying right in the heart of the valley. The waterfall views from our room were amazing, and the spaciousness of the room exceeded my expectations. While the decor feels a bit dated, the room was clean and the experience good overall.

I've arrive after staff day off. but the staff was leave the message with kind explain so i can stay my room without any problem. and she was upgarde my room. and view was very nice.

The hotel breakfast is little bit disappointed. it's only 3 kind bread, 3 kind jam. juice. milk, water, and 3 serial, apple. it's all.

Everything it offered was alright, but it was very basic. One certainly could not rave about anything. The lady at reception was very friendly

For the price we payed we thought we were offered only the most basic facilities and service. There were absolutely no"little extras" to make us feel welcome or comfortable.

Very nice views from the balcony overlooking the waterfall! The location is perfect, with access to local attractions. The room was clean and cozy. Loved waking up to the sound of the falls every morning!

Well heated and reasonably large room and magnificent view of the valley and the waterfalls. Continental breakfast with good selection. Location not far from the falls and glacier waterfalls Truemmelbachfalls.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak.
